1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Halto mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Halto is a wellness application designed to help men improve endurance, self-control, and mindfulness through:

• Guided breathing exercises
• Neuro-haptic feedback technology
• Emergency intervention tools (SOS mode)
• Educational theory content
• Progress tracking and gamification

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Free Features: Halto offers a free tier with access to:

• Quick Mode (unlimited practice sessions)
• Level 1 and Level 2
• 2 basic vibration patterns (Pulse, Wave)
• Basic SOS emergency mode
• Progress tracking (streak, total sessions)

PRO Subscription: Certain advanced features require a paid "PRO" subscription, including:

• Advanced Levels (Level 3-10)
• 8 additional neuro-haptic vibration patterns
• SOS Max emergency mode
• Advanced theory content
• Video recording and playback
• Detailed analytics and insights

4. Subscription Plans

PRO subscriptions are available in three tiers:

• Monthly PRO: $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly PRO: $49.99/year, billed annually (save 58%)
• Lifetime PRO: $79.99 one-time payment

Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period (if offered). You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support. We do not have access to process refunds directly. Generally, all sales are final unless required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harm others or yourself
• Share your PRO subscription with unauthorized users
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

7. Medical Disclaimer

• The App provides educational content and breathing exercises for wellness purposes only
• Always consult your physician before starting any new wellness practice
• If you have a medical condition (heart problems, respiratory issues, etc.), seek medical advice before use
• The SOS feature is a cognitive distraction tool, NOT a medical emergency service
• In case of medical emergency, call emergency services immediately

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and software, is the property of Halto Wellness Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for any physical or mental health outcomes
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
