How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Halto PRO subscription:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Halto PRO"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

How do I restore my PRO purchase on a new device?

1. Open Halto app on your new device
2. Go to Profile → PRO Features
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
4. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase

Your PRO features will be restored automatically.

What's the difference between Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans?

Monthly PRO ($9.99/month): All PRO features, billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Yearly PRO ($49.99/year): All PRO features, save 58% vs monthly, billed annually.

Lifetime PRO ($79.99 one-time): All PRO features forever, one-time payment, includes all future updates.

What are PRO features?

PRO members get access to:
• Advanced Levels (Level 3-10)
• All 10 Neuro-Haptic vibration patterns
• SOS Max emergency mode
• Advanced theory content
• Detailed progress analytics
• Video recording for practice review

Is my practice data private?

Yes! All your practice data is stored locally on your device only. We never upload your session history, progress, or personal information to cloud servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How does the SOS emergency mode work?

SOS mode provides immediate intervention when you need it most:
1. Press and hold the orange SOS button
2. Feel the intense haptic shock to break the urge cycle
3. Follow the emergency breathing protocol

PRO members can choose from 10 different vibration patterns for maximum effectiveness.

The app isn't vibrating during practice. What should I do?

1. Check that your device is not in Silent Mode (toggle the switch on the side)
2. Go to iPhone Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics (must be ON)
3. In Halto app, go to Profile → Settings → Vibration Intensity and make sure it's not set to "Off"
4. Note: Haptic feedback is only available on iPhone 7 and newer models

Can I use Halto on multiple devices?

Yes! Your PRO subscription is linked to your Apple ID and works on all devices where you're signed in. However, practice data is stored locally on each device. Cloud sync is coming in a future update.
